Good resistance to acids and caustic solutions up to 260°F (127°C). Recommended for applications that require ozone, sunlight and aging resistance. Excellent low temperature properties.

Black 50 shore A durometer chlorobutyl lining developed to handle strong bleach solution.
1051-PURE CHLOROBUTYL LINING
Black 50A durometer pure Chlorobutyl with soft natural rubber tie gum. Excellent for chemical resistance at elevated temperatures. Superior lining to handle strong sodium hypochlorite solutions up to 15% available chlorine. Suitable for 70% hydrofluoric acid service at maximum 125oF/52oC. A-I-E Cure.
1054-BLENDED CHLOROBUTYL LINING
White 40 A durometer blended chlorobuty lining with natural rubber tie gum. General chemical resistance in temperature applications up to 200 oF/93oC. A-I-E Cure. FDA compliant.
1055-BLENDED CHLOROBUTYL LINING
Black, soft, 55A durometer blended chlorobutyl with soft natural rubber tie gum. General purpose chemical resistance at elevated temperatures. Good resistance to some oxidizing chemicals. Excellent in super phosphoric acid. A-I-E Cure. FDA compliant. Also available as an extruded lining.
1056 HT-BLENDED CHLOROBUTYL LINING
Black 60A durometer blended Chlorobutyl with tan natural rubber tie gum, excellent for chemical resistance properties in high temperature application up to 220oF/104°C.
1058-CHEMICAL CURE CHLOROBUTYL LINING
White 40A durometer chemical cure Chlorobutyl. General purpose repair stock for white chlorobutyl lining. Excellent chemical with good resistance to heat and some oxidize chemicals. For FDA application use activator C-600, for non-FDA Compliant use activator C-700 to cure the rubber. Ambient cure or Steam Assist Cure.
2006-CHLOROBUTYL WITH NO TIE GUM
Black 50A durometer chlorobutyl rubber lining with no tie gum used as ply up material for 1051 chlorobutyl lining.
2007-CHLOROBUTYL CAP STRIP
50A durometer "Pure" chlorobutyl rubber lining used for stripping butt joints on chlorobutyl 1051 and 2006.
2040-CHEMICAL CURE CHLOROBUTYL LINING
Black, soft 60A durometer chemical cure Chlorobuty with tie gum. General purpose repair stock for Chlorobutyl lining. FDA compliant when C-600 activator is used to cure the rubber. For Non-FDA compliant application use C700 activator. Ambient cure or steam assist cure. Also available as an extruded lining.
